Join us in Browns Canyon National Monument!
Recently named a National Monument in 2015, this unique canyon has it all with 21,500 acres of pristine rivers, canyons and backcountry forest. The dramatic elevation ranges of 7,300 to 10,000 feet offers views of the Arkansas Valley and Swatch Range of the Rocky Mountains. The Arkansas River - considered one of the best rivers for white water rafting - carves the granite walls of Browns Canyon, appearing like cathedral spires. The changing light of day will alter the hues of the canyon's walls.
Spend a week with Eagle Eye in Browns Canyon white water rafting and backpacking. Father Nathan and two religious from the Community of St John will lead this excursion. There will be daily Mass, Adoration, Liturgy of the Hours, periods of silences, and talks from the brothers and sisters.
